Why Melbourne?
Melbourne was chosen as one of the key cities for Superwomen of Impact due to its strong intersection of culture, creativity, and progressive leadership. The city offers a unique environment where diverse voices, ideas, and communities converge making it an ideal setting for meaningful, cross-cultural dialogue. This Melbourne edition of Superwomen of Impact will be covered as part of the Sisterhood documentary film produced for PBS Channel (US), capturing stories of women creating meaningful impact across the world.
A reflection of women whose impact extends beyond borders ; shaping a more sustainable future through purpose, responsibility, innovation, and future-ready thinking that drives lasting change across communities, industries, and generations.
On April 22, 2026, Superwomen of Impact arrives in Melbourne with the theme Impact Without Borders: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future, a reflection of women whose influence moves across communities, industries, and generations. More than a gathering, this moment is designed as a meaningful platform for dialogue, where women leaders, founders, and changemakers come together to explore how purpose, innovation, and responsibility can shape a more sustainable future.
In collaboration with Natural Velocity, LiftWomen Group, and Visual Dreaming, and supported by Wardah as Supporting Partner and Voyage as Tokenization Partner, this Melbourne edition brings together visionary women across business, technology, sustainability, community, and culture. The dialogue is moderated by Oriel Morrison-Higgins and hosted by Nadine ‘Noodles’ Groves as a Co-Founder and COO of Natural Velocity. It features Shinta Witoyo Dhanuwardoyo as a founder of Superwomen of Impact, Amy Kunrojpanya as a Board Advisor of Emm Technology, Anna Whitlam as a Founder & CEO of WhitlamCo and Ashtra Dymach as a Founder & CEO of Halo Ibu. Dr. Nici Sweaney as a Founder & CEO of AI Her Way and Irene Tsang as a Founder & CEO of LiftWomen Group, joining virtually.
The conversations that day went beyond accomplishments and recognition. The speakers were open about the things that often stay hidden, what it actually takes to build a career while raising a family, to deal with parts of life that not many people talk about, and to keep showing up in a world that does not always make things easy for women. None of their journeys were straight lines. They were full of setbacks, moments of doubt, and years where everything seemed to need something from them all at once. But what came out of all of that was not perfection, it was something quieter and more lasting, women who had finally made peace with who they are.
That kind of conversation does not stay in one room. It travels and next, it is coming to Bali where the same spirit of radical honesty, sisterhood, and purpose will find a new home. If Melbourne cracked something open, Bali is where it blooms. Whether you were in that room or have only just found your way to this story, consider this your invitation to be part of what comes next. See you!
