Coinciding with International Women’s Day 2026 on Friday, March 13, 2026, a signal was transmitted from Jakarta to the global stage. Through the presence of Superwomen of Impact, this global movement becomes a platform where women shape the future through leadership, innovation, and meaningful impact. SOI forms a global journey—spanning virtual gatherings and forums—where women create spaces for connection, collaboration, and knowledge exchange across countries, sectors, and communities. Initiated by Bubu.com, the exclusive Superwomen of Impact (SOI) virtual conference is not merely a celebration. It is an open invitation to reimagine the digital ecosystem, where women stand as its primary architects.

In community partnership with ELLE Magazine and supported by insights from World Innovation Technology and Services Alliance, this transformative movement brings together visionary leaders, moderated by Emily S. Barner—who has built global innovation ecosystems across more than 80 countries for over two decades. The dialogue features Shinta Dhanuwardoyo, a pioneer at the intersection of technology and culture since 1996. It also includes Elain Lockman, who advances equity crowdfunding in Malaysia; Amy Kunrojpanya, now a board advisor at Emm Technology; and Asih Karnengsih, an advocate for equitable ownership in financial technology across Southeast Asia.

“We didn’t begin with a stage—we began with a question,” said Shinta Dhanuwardoyo, the initiator of the movement. That question found its answers through dialogues that transcend geographical boundaries, proving that access to transformative conversations should never be limited by distance. From this virtual space, the journey continues—extending to Melbourne, Bali, Paris, and New York expanding both community and knowledge for women around the world.

At its core, this movement ensures that women’s voices are clearly written into the architecture of the future from Web3 financial systems to the courage to reshape narratives that have long gone unheard. Every moment of this journey will be documented through a coffee table book and an interactive e-book, serving as a testament to a movement that continues to grow. Through this, technology is no longer merely a tool—it becomes a new language through which women can reshape the world into a more equal place, and an open invitation for all of us to take part in writing history.
